Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy Overview
All employer subscriptions, job posting credits, and CV access plans purchased through BoonGulf are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable once activation or credit issuance is completed.
By completing a purchase, the employer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. No Refunds After Activation
Refunds will not be provided for any reason after a plan has been activated or credits have been issued, including but not limited to:
- Unused or partially used job posting credits
- Lower-than-expected candidate applications
- Dissatisfaction with platform performance or results
- Hiring delays or change of internal hiring needs
- Employer-side technical, access, or integration issues
- Account inactivity or failure to use the subscription within the validity period
BoonGulf does not guarantee the number of applications, interview conversions, or hires.
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy (Recurring Plans)
If you are on a recurring (auto-renewing) employer subscription plan:
- You may cancel the next billing cycle at any time before the renewal date.
- Cancellations apply prospectively; the current active billing period remains non-refundable.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No partial-period refunds or prorated refunds are provided.
4. Job Posting Credits & CV Credits
Job postings, CV credits, and bundled products:
- Are activated immediately after purchase
- Are valid only for the duration specified
- Are non-refundable, even if unused
- Cannot be transferred between accounts, entities, or regions
Expired credits will not be reinstated or refunded.
5. Failed Job Posting Delivery Due to Employer Content
Refunds will not be issued if a job posting cannot be published due to content that violates:
- Platform guidelines
- Regional labor regulations
- Offensive, discriminatory, or misleading wording
- Incomplete or inaccurate job information
Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance with posting standards.
6. Technical Issues
If service access is impacted by:
- Employer-side device or browser issues
- Company firewall, VPN, or access restrictions
- Third-party ATS systems
- Internet connectivity issues
These do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
BoonGulf ensures reasonable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Payment & Billing Handling
BoonGulf does not store or process payment card data.
All payments are securely handled by third-party processors (PCI-DSS compliant).
Billing confirmations and invoices, where applicable, are issued directly by the payment provider.
8. Misuse, Misrepresentation, or Policy Violations
In cases where an employer:
- Posts fraudulent, harmful, or misleading jobs
- Violates hiring or advertising laws
- Misuses purchased credits
- Abuses the platform or candidate data
BoonGulf may suspend or terminate access without refund.
9. Exceptional Cases
BoonGulf may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds only in cases of:
- Duplicate accidental transactions
- Billing errors caused by the payment processor
Any approved refund (if applicable) will be issued only to the original payment method.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing any subscription, job posting plan, or credit bundle, the employer confirms that:
- They have read and understood this policy
- They agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable
- They accept responsibility for using the purchased credits within the validity period
- They acknowledge that job posting outcomes or candidate volume cannot be guaranteed
